Elsinore Valley Arts Network (EVAN) is dedicated to the promotion of the rich and diverse cultural life of the Lake Elsinore Valley.  EVAN fosters an appreciation of, and participation in, artistic expression throughout the community by promoting a variety of programs, concerts, readings, theatrical performances and showings.

Elsinore Valley Arts Network monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 P.M. at Lake Elsinore Senior Activity Center, 420 E. Lakeshore Drive (located in Lakepoint Park), Lake Elsinore.
