Elsinore Valley Arts Network (EVAN) is dedicated to the promotion of the rich and diverse cultural life of the Lake Elsinore Valley.  EVAN fosters an appreciation of, and participation in, artistic expression throughout the community by promoting a variety of programs, concerts, readings, theatrical performances and showings.

Elsinore Valley Arts Network Is hosting an Arts walk the second Saturday of each month. At the Market Place at the Lowes Shopping center. Set up time is 12:00 PM.
